Alison Pill
Pill began her film career in Canada However, it was only a few years later she first made an appearance on the American film market. A few of her appearances were in an episode from the Canadian show Traders with Bruce Gray. Pill got a role in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation featuring Wallace Langham, Liz Vassey, Michael Ensign, Michael G. Hagerty, Naren Shankar, with "Would have, could, shoulda". Pill, who had worked as a character on Picard for the previous year, later appeared as a secondary part of the character on Devs a science-fiction miniseries that was produced by FX Productions and Hulu. The actress played the same role, Katie, in each episode, as she did the character in Picard. Similarities to Picard were not just limited to the similarities in Picard as the major theme of Devs was revealed to revolve around the preservation of a conscious created by an artificial entity, as similar to the ones Data had been preserved in, as divulged within the Picard season one's final episode "Et the In Arcadia Ego Part 2".
